Horrible Service. The People Running it are RACIST! It always goes out when I'm at work... HORRIBLE... not worth the money. Just Racist I'm sick of this... NO means NO... PERIOD.
Metro is not worth having. It use to be a very good phone service until they started switching to sprint. Alls you get half the time is no service. I know a large amount of people who have metro and they are having the same problems. This company should have never merged with sprint. I have had metro for more than 10 years never had no problems until this year. I am going to switch phone company.

I randomly stopped being able to send or receive text messages. I tried resetting to default settings, updating, and other things. I tried emailing support, but they required an order number. I tried their chat messenger, and it wouldn't let me talk to anyone live. I tried calling on the phone, and it told me to follow the instructions on my screen, which suggest that I pay for my plan early, since I'm not due for 11 days. Customer support is absolutely useless.
BEWERE METRO IS A SCAM!!! I have been with metro for over 7 years. I don't want a contract with a service provider so I went with them. Over the past years I have been late on my payment many times, I found that when I am late with a payment and go to pay the bill a week late they charge me for 30 days service but only give me 25 days of service. They don't pro-rate the bill and your service will be disconnected even when you pay for the whole 30 days. I can't seem to figure out how it is legal to charge for a services that they don't provide.
Regarding Metro PCS.
You most definantly get what you pay for.
A big pile of crap garbage.
In my case.
I recieve a text from these Shysters informing me that I have unlimited HotSpot.
Only to find out that in actuality I have 15 GB of Hotspot.
I read the text I recieved from Metro Piece of S..t to the barely english speaking customer service female.
Her forward resolve is to hang up on me.
I then recieve a text from her ignorant rude self informing me what a pleasure it was serving me.
My forward decision & motion is I will now be a Verizon customer.

Absolutely the worst cell phone service I've ever had. Ever. Messages don't send. Have to resend messages 3,4 sometimes 5 or 6 times. Internet is slow. Constant network log in issues. End up having to reset my phone about twice a day. Furthermore, was lied to about the price. Was advertised for 100/ mo taxes included but my bill is 133.00 a month. Terrible coverage where I live, like most service providers, however, I'm now spending 33 dollars more per month for a worse service than I previously had. I've come to expect certain issues out in the middle of nowhere, where I live, but in the middle of tulsa? Same issues? Makes no sense. Will be switching back to cricket as soon as possible. Biggest waste of 300 bucks ever. Can not stand this service.
Absolute garbage service. Pay the extra $15 and get Verizon prepaid. Out of the last 4 months. I have had a solid month without any service at all. After the lady at the store looked up the two addresses im at and GUARANTEED good service there. As a business owner this is uncalled for and has cost me lots of money. When asking a store representative about some sort of service compensation, they just shrug their shoulders. Pray you never have any emergency with this company. You wont be able to make the call and probably become a news story.
Basicly they are liars they hire a bunch of kids mostly young woman who lie ther teeth out just to sale you a plan they dont honor. I dont play games i cancel after 2nd payment when they wasnt going to give me my senior discount for 40 a month for unlimited. First you pay 50 then 40 after as long as you let them auto pay. They wanted to charge me 50 twice because i had to change account number so i said good bye. Verison is better. Like they say this is communist states.
I have been with Metro PCS for 6 years and have 3 lines. My new job requires a receipt for reimbursement of cell costs. I paid my bill (a week early) but no receipt has shown in my history. I called customer service and was told it would take 24-48 hours to get a receipt. I find that interesting since they can deduct the funds in 2 seconds but I said ok. 24 hours later no receipt so I went to the local factory store to see if they could just print or email a receipt to me. NOPE! And not just nope but a "oh well" attitude from the manager. Again, been with them for 6 years and have 3 phone lines. So, here I am 72 hours later and still no receipt. I am out $120 which will not break me but I cannot believe that it is that difficult to get a receipt.
611 Customer Service Sucks. Had the same plan for over 2 years, all of a sudden I get billed for a line we never had.1 1/2 hours back and forth on phone with CS, Only to be told... Oh, You're right the mistake is ours. No apology, nothing. Thier Billing and Customer Service is a Joke.
The WORST service you can get. Can't even disable your voice mail. so you get ALL the telemarketers (which the company sells your personal information to) voice-mails 30 times a day. I have multiple phones. 4 of them are with this shi* company. And them 4 phones get the same text and calls and voice-mail literally 30 times a day trying to sell "Tracy" services. So "Tracy" is keyword for Metro t mobile customer. Fuk this company!! I could go on for dayssss with issues about their service.
Metro PCs is so bad to it’s customers after you sign up. All the great deals only go to people who switch. Once you do, that’s it...... you’re screwed when you need a new phone. Don’t even get me started on their “upgrade” prices
I've been happy with them until today. I called customer service to activate my new factory unlocked device (that didn't activate) and somehow they managed to deactivate my old phone in the process!! So I run up to the store and they charged me $22.50 to activate the new phone that's still not working... They wanted to charge me another $22.50 to reactivate my old device that THEY screwed up!!! Definitely going for a new carrier today, very unhappy!
Not a day goes by that I don't have issues with there phones. If you have hypertension or high blood pressure, this phone is not for you. Everything from pictures, storage, retrieving or downloading to your computer can be a joke. Make sure you have a good spell checker or people will think your brain damaged. You click on a response that someone texted you and it will bring up something else close where you touched the screen. It won't always end a call when prompt and the person can continue to ease drop on your conversations. I can go on and on. This phone is from the depths of hell. My friend had what some call a free Obama phone. The phone I bought from Metro was supposed to be a upgrade and my friends Obama phone makes my phone a cheap mass produced phone that people could get for free. Don't take my word for it, check it out yourself, I promise you will be disappointed.

HELL NO, NOT EVEN EXTEND THE TIME BEFORE THEY DISCONNECTED THE SERVICE SAME POLICY AS BEFORE THE CRISIS, THEY WOULD DOWN GRADE YOUR PAYMENTS WITH DOWN GRADING YOUR SERVICE THEY DONT CARE AT ALL THAT YOU NEED YOUR DATA TO BE ABLE TO KEEP CONNECTED WITH YOUR FAMILY OVERSEAS. SHAME ON YOU METRO PIECE OF $#*!.

No they cut me off for $10 dollars, I will not use this service ANYMORE! BOOSTMOBILE IS LE letting you switch your service for free and they activate it for free and you do not have to pay the first month or activation with a free phone.

I paid my bill on October 1st which is $70 and they wanted $70 again on October 3rd so I'd say that is a definite no terrible company
